§ 10.13. General provisions of issuance and sale.

All obligations provided for in Sections 10.11, 10.12 and 10.16 shall be issued and sold in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, except as otherwise provided in said sections. The full faith and credit of the city is hereby pledged irrevocably for the prompt and faithful payment of bonds or other indebtedness of the city as authorized in Sections 10.11, 10.12 and 10.16 of this Charter or by applicable state law, except that this provision shall not apply to obligations issued under Section 10.11.2.
