§ 12.04.4. Investigations.

Any person who believes that there has been a violation of Sections 12.01, 12.11, 12.11.1, 12.11.2, 12.11.3, or 12.11.4 of the Charter which directly aggrieves such person may apply to the commission to investigate the matter. The commission shall conduct such investigation when in its judgment, the matter is of substantial merit with respect to the applicant or other persons similarly situated. The commission may require any official or employee to provide data or testimony to assist in such investigation and shall file a report of its findings and recommendations with the mayor and the city council and the board of education of independent school district number 625.
