§ 12.11.3. Employee actions.

  • No person in the service of the city shall be penalized, denied a job or job advancement, or otherwise harmed for:

    (A)

    The lawful disclosure of information which such person believes is a violation of law, mismanagement, abuse of authority, or substantial danger to public health or safety, and which is not otherwise prohibited by law.

    (B)

    The exercise of any appeal right which does not adversely affect the employee's or applicant's performance or the performance of others.
