§ 18.06. Actions referring to boards and officers.

Statutes, ordinances, resolutions or parts thereof in force when this Charter takes effect, and not inconsistent therewith, which may refer to any existing board, commission, department, officer or employee shall be construed to refer to the board, commission, department, officer or employee having the same or similar powers or duties under this Charter or ordinances adopted pursuant thereto.
