§ 5. Commencement of term.

The franchise term shall commence with the effective date of this ordinance; provided, that the company has filed within thirty (30) days after publication of this ordinance a written acceptance hereof with the city clerk, in such form as the city attorney may approve; and provided, that the evidence of comprehensive liability insurance, which is required by this ordinance, shall have been approved and have been filed with the city clerk within ninety (90) days after the publication of this ordinance.
