§ 11.01. Market established; location.

  • The tract of land bounded by Fourth Street, Broadway Street, Fifth Street, and Wall Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, legally described as: Lots 1 through 6, Block 13, Whitney and Smith's Addition and that portion of Kittson's Addition adjacent thereto and lying between said Lots 1 through 6 and Broadway Street and between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, and together with such additions and extensions as hereafter be made thereto, is hereby designated and established as the City Market of the City of Saint Paul for the barter and sale of meat, fruit, vegetables, garden truck and other products of the farm, garden, greenhouse, apiary or of the forest, and other approved products, subject to all the regulations and provisions of this chapter, to all other laws and ordinances relative thereto, and to such other rules and regulations governing the same which may be promulgated and posted by the director of the department of planning and economic development.
