§ 11.05. Traffic.

The market director shall promulgate reasonable rules which shall be approved by the department director for the regulation of traffic within the boundaries of said market, the place of ingress and egress, and the manner of placing and moving vehicles so as to avoid congestion and confusion and to promote the convenience of prospective purchasers and patrons.
