§ 11.07. Parking facilities.
(a)
The public market or any part thereof may be used for off-street automobile parking facilities and charges made for the use of said property for such purpose, and the use of said market or any part thereof for such parking facilities shall be taken at such times and in such places under the control of the department director so that the use will not in any manner interfere with or become an obstacle to the use of the city market property for city market purposes described in section 11.01.
(b)
The daily, weekly, monthly and other charges to be made for the privilege of using the market property for automobile parking purposes shall be set by the department director.
