§ 19.02. Power of park security officers to issue citations.

All duly appointed, qualified and acting park security officers shall have the power to issue citations in the same manner and with the same force and effect as citations issued by police officers, but such authority shall be limited to violations of the Saint Paul Legislative Code which the officers observe occurring on property under the jurisdiction or control of the department of parks and recreation of the city. Said citations shall be in such form as approved by the Ramsey County District Court.
