§ 50.17. Severability clause.

Latest version.

If any of the provisions of this chapter are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unconstitutional, such determination shall extend only to the provision or provisions involved, which shall be severed from this chapter, and the remaining provisions shall be given full force and effect and construed as a whole thereafter.
