Existing off-street parking facilities, accessory to one (1) or more principal uses,
structures or facilities, may be changed to another use when the remaining off-street
parking meets the requirements that this section would impose on new buildings for
all facilities, structures or uses, including the new use. When the remaining off-street
parking does not meet such requirements, additional off-street parking shall be provided
for the existing and new uses in accordance with the requirements of section 63.207.
