§ 76.01. Payments required for connection.

The director of the department of public works shall not grant to any person, firm, corporation or association a permit to tap or connect with any sewer of the City of Saint Paul unless the current annual installment of any assessment for sewer construction levied against the subject land, as shown by the pertinent public records in the office of the real estate division, shall have been fully paid.
