§ 76.24. Engineer's permits.

(a)

No person shall make connection with any sewer, or with any drain that connects with a sewer, without previously having obtained from the city engineer a written permit to make such connection and notifying him of the time when the connection is to be made.

(b)

Each opening or connection made into or with any sewer, or into or with any drain that connects with a sewer, without such written permit, or in any manner different from that prescribed by the ordinances of the City of Saint Paul, shall be a separate violation.
