§ 79.05. Charges.

(a)

Said permittee or his successors in interest shall pay, in addition to all other sums required to be paid or to become payable hereunder, all sewer service charges rendered from time to time against said property for or on account of the cost of operation and maintenance of the sewage disposal system and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Sewage Treatment Works, pursuant to the resolution or other provisions of law having regard to the location of such real estate without the corporate limits of the City of Saint Paul.

(b)

Said permittee or his successors in interest shall pay all sewer connection charges pursuant to the resolution or other provisions of law. Such charges shall include permit fees, sewer availability charges and advance assessments for sewer connection.
