§ 80.06. Agreements between suburbs to be filed with city.

Upon the execution of an agreement between two (2) such suburbs or two (2) suburban governmental units, as provided in the foregoing section, a duly executed copy of such agreement or any amendment thereto shall be filed with the office of financial services of the City of Saint Paul as soon as conveniently possible after execution of the same.
