§ 140.07. Penalty.

(a)

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor.

(b)

Nothing in this section shall preclude the enforcement of provisions of this chapter in any court of competent jurisdiction by any appropriate form of civil action, including seeking to enjoin any continued violation and seeking to compel obedience by issuing order to correct violations.
