§ 212.03. Reports by managers.

It shall be the duty of the commissioners or managers or the principal, superintendent or physician in charge of every public or private institution, dispensary or hospital in the City of Saint Paul to report to the health officer, in writing, the name, age, sex, occupation and last previous address of every person infected with tuberculosis who is now in their care or who shall hereafter come under their observation for the first time within one week of such time.
