§ 332.02. Definitions.

The following definitions shall apply to this chapter:
(1)

Liquid fuel means and includes any oil which may be used for heating purposes.

(2)

Liquid fuel dealer means and includes every person who sells or offers for sale at retail any liquid fuel to consumers or who holds himself out to the public as one who sells or offers for sale any liquid fuel at retail to consumers, but shall not include persons employed as solicitors or salesmen for dealers duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
