§ 356.06. Reinstatement.

A revoked license shall not be reinstated in any manner for a period of six (6) months. No license shall be reinstated without a bond being in full force and effect, nor until the payment of all legitimate claims which the City of Saint Paul may have against the sidewalk contractor.
