§ 356.08. Licensed contractor under other provisions of Code.

Persons, partnerships or corporations licensed under this chapter shall be deemed to fall within the term of "a contractor licensed by the City of Saint Paul to do such work in the streets" in the proviso contained in section 121.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
