§ 360.06. Regulations to be promulgated.

The department of safety and inspections is authorized to promulgate regulations in connection with the operation and maintenance of public pools for the protection and promotion of public health and safety. The inspector from the department of safety and inspections shall perform inspections at reasonable hours to ensure compliance.
