§ 361.09. Remuneration prohibited.

(a)

It is unlawful for a licensee to pay any remuneration to a person for providing wrecker or tow truck motor vehicle service pursuant to that person's authorization.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person authorizing wrecker or tow truck motor vehicle service to receive remuneration from a licensee for providing that service pursuant to that person's authorization.
