§ 363.02. Fees; certificates.

(a)

Fee. The fee required for a license shall be established by ordinance as specified in section 310.09(b) of the Legislative Code.

(b)

Certificate to be affixed to machine. Payment of the license fee shall be evidenced by a license certificate affixed to each vending machine as hereinafter provided, and no person shall operate or install or permit or allow any vending machine to be operated or installed without first affixing said license certificate.
