§ 365.03. Insurance required.

  • Before the issuance of a license, the inspector shall require satisfactory proof from the applicant that the applicant is insured against any and all liability for any accident in the minimum amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for injury to or death of one (1) person, and the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for all liability arising from any one (1) accident. In addition, the inspector shall require proof that workers' compensation insurance has been obtained in those cases where it is required.
