§ 373.03. Transportation network company license fee and license term.

(a)

The annual fee for the issuance or renewal of a transportation network company license shall be as is listed in the license fee schedule. The license fee shall be paid as a precondition to issuance or renewal of the license.

(b)

Except for the initial license period, a transportation network provider license shall be issued or renewed for a one-year license term starting on February 1 of each year.

(c)

A transportation network company license is non-transferable.
