Chapter 374. Commercial Pedal Cars |
§ 374.1. Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall mean:
(a)
Pedal car: A non-motorized, human-powered vehicle similar to a bicycle, which transports passengers on seats attached to the bicycle and can be propelled by five (5) or more passengers.
(b)
Commercial pedal car business: The business of operating a commercial pedal car.
(c)
Commercial pedal car driver: Any person who is responsible for steering a commercial pedal car.
