§ 428.09. Inspection by city officers and identification of employees.

During any hours in which any person is present on the licensed premises, the premises shall be open to inspection by city health, building and license inspectors and police officers. Upon demand by any police officer, any person engaged in providing services in any licensed premises shall identify himself/herself giving his/her true legal name and correct address.
