§ 429.05. Inspection by city officers and identification by employees.

City officials and police officers shall be entitiled to enter and inspect the licensed business in accordance with section 310.12 of this Legislative Code. Upon demand by any police officer, any person employed by the licensee, or engaged in any work in or on the premises in which the licensed business is located, shall identify himself or herself, giving true name, address and employment status.
