§ 286.02. Agents.

Any person, firm, corporation or association of individuals who shall employ or procure any other person or persons to distribute or post up any advertising matter of any of the kinds aforesaid shall be deemed to constitute such person or persons their agents, and shall be responsible under this chapter and subject to the penalties herein prescribed for the acts of the person or persons so procured or employed, in case of the violation by such person or persons of any of the provisions of this chapter, and the persons so procured or employed, in case of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by them, shall be likewise punishable under this chapter as hereinafter prescribed.
