§ 289.02. Willful destruction of taxicab.

It is unlawful for any person renting, hiring or using any automobile, taxicab or other motor vehicle duly licensed as a public conveyance under the ordinances of the City of Saint Paul to willfully injure or destroy the same, or to willfully cause or permit such automobile, taxicab or other motor vehicle, or any part thereof, to be injured or destroyed.
