§ 31.01. Workers' compensation for city officers provided.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 1965, Chapter 176, as amended, the elected officials of the city and those municipal officers appointed for a regular term of office are hereby included in the coverage of the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Act.
