§ 40.04. Limitations.

Relocation expenses shall be limited to those costs actually incurred in moving the employee, his or her family, and his or her household goods to the City of Saint Paul. Such relocation expenses shall not be paid unless such a move is made from a former residence located a distance of at least two hundred (200) miles from the city limits of Saint Paul.
