  § 16. Schedule of customer classifications.

  • The table shown herein is the schedule defined in section 5.b(12) of this ordinance and is a part and provision of this ordinance. The schedule provides, for each year of the franchise and for each of the customer classifications listed, the meter and volume factors for that year or group of years. Any modifications to this schedule shall be made in accordance with section 7 herein.
