§ 47.06. Noncompliance; cause for revocation of permit.

Refusal by the permittee to comply with any term or provision of this chapter or to adopt any safety or precautionary device or method imposed by the building code officer during the actual moving operation shall be cause for the immediate revocation of the permit.
