§ 47.07. City may act if permit revoked.

If for any reason the permit shall be revoked, the proper city officials are hereby authorized, on behalf of the city, to take any steps necessary for the completion of the moving operation. The charges incurred by the city in taking over such operation shall, be paid by the permittee.
