§ 57.02. Contract forms to be furnished.

The department of fire and safety services shall thereupon furnish the applicant with contract forms to be made out and executed by the applicant pursuant to proper authority by its city council, or other governing body, or in case of corporations, by authorized persons, in accordance with the terms, conditions and limitations contained in this chapter. Said contract form shall be prepared by the city attorney in accordance with the provisions of Sections 438.08 through 438.10, Minnesota Statutes.
