§ 57.11. Approval of contract.

Latest version.

After proper execution by the applicant and approval by the city attorney, said contract and bond shall be submitted to the city council, and upon proper approval by the city council shall be executed by the proper city officials, and a copy thereof delivered to the applicant. Said contract shall be in force and effect from and after execution and delivery by the City of Saint Paul.
