§ 57.14. Billing.

The department of fire and safety services shall bill the applicant annually in advance on the anniversary date of each contract for the annual charges hereinbefore provided for, and shall bill the applicant immediately after each particular response to a fire or fire alarm for charges for personnel, apparatus and other equipment furnished therefor.
