§ 57.15. Deposit of moneys received.

Latest version.

All moneys received from the applicant in payment of charges for fire protection outside of the City of Saint Paul are hereby dedicated and shall be credited to a fire services equipment trust fund. The office of financial services is hereby authorized and directed to assign a proper code number therefor.
