§ 192.03. Validity of rental housing disclosure report.

A rental housing disclosure report is valid for the duration of the tenancy for which the report was prepared. Once the tenancy is terminated, a new rental housing disclosure report shall be prepared prior to rental of the premises. The owner or agent of the owner shall maintain a copy of the completed and signed rental housing disclosure report for a period of one (1) year after the commencement of the tenancy.
