§ 38.04. Incomplete records.

In the event that the necessary records are incomplete or nonavailable, credits shall be determined to wit: Seven and one-half (7½) days for full year of continuous service after December 31, 1940, and five (5) days for each full year of continuous service prior to January 1, 1951, the latter allocation not to exceed one hundred (100) days.
